This calendar is updated with popular holidays and observances giving you the perfect reason to contact your customers. Pick the ones that fit into your industry or that your customers would be interested in.

Instructions:  Use the tabs at the top of the calendar to change the view from week, month, or agenda to suit your needs. Print it out each month or each quarter to help with planning.

Order promotional items 6-8 weeks before the event. Use the marketing tips below the calendar.



Marketing Tips

Make the connection between your product/service and event themes obvious.  Making the connection clear will result in an association between your company and the event themes, dates and holidays in your customer's minds.  Make sure to hand out promotional items during the event to keep your name in front of customers long after the event is over.

An example promotion: American Heart Month is in February. Heart disease is the number one killer or women.  Your customers probably know at least one person who has been impacted by heart disease.  Show support by creating awareness for your customers about this disease.

Provide information, hand out promotional items, donate a portion of your sales to the American Heart Association, sponsor an event. These are all ways to incorporate current events with your brand. Creating a series of promotional events tied to holidays or dates in history can make the occasion more memorable, increase your name recognition and boost your sales.
